PGI Comté Tolosan
It is a pressed rosé, made mostly from Merlot and Malbec grapes. The wine has a nice deep pink color. The nose delivers pleasant scents of cherry and English candy. The mouth is nervous and fresh, with a perfect neatness. Plaisir d’Eté should be drunk chilled between 8 and 10° and should be enjoyed within a year of the vintage.
Tasting
Deep pink color. Very aromatic wine with a nose of “English candy and cherry”. Refreshing in the mouth. It is a real “Summer Pleasure”.
