Description
Honey jar with a thousand flowers 300 g.
The Estate welcomed in 2019, two swarms of black bees to contribute to the continuity of a balance on the vineyard and surrounding areas. In the summer of 2020, a wild swarm settled on a vineyard stake. We put it in a hive, watched it and let it grow, giving it care and protection. Today we have 3 hives in production.
We harvest the honey twice a year, in June and August, and let the bees enjoy the rest of the year. Our honey comes from several horizons: in spring, the plum trees of our orchard, the black bush, the laurel, the dandelion and the hawthorn, at the end of the summer comes the turn of the acacia, the chestnut tree, the lime tree, the white clover… but we prefer, as we do for our grapes, to make a blend of these honeys in order to propose a greedy and perfumed honey, with its own olfactory identity.
