Armagnac Ténarèze VSOP
Château Beauvallon is located on the border of the Gers, one step and we are in the Lot et Garonne, in Saint Pé Saint Simon, famous for its fortified church of the XIIth century, jewel of the medieval art. We are in the Ténarèze region, a clay and limestone soil that gives our Armagnac all the power and texture worthy of great wines.
The elaboration of our Armagnac is made in the pure Gascon tradition so dear to our ancestors. The distillation is carried out in an Armagnac still, heated with wood, as the Gascon “bouilleurs” have always done. The translucent eau de vie is then aged in oak barrels. It will then wait patiently, adorning itself over the years with a beautiful amber hue and exalting its vanilla, nut and apricot aromas.
