Prima luce
PGI Comté Tolosan
Prima Luce is made with Gros Manseng, a typical Gascony grape variety. For this vintage, we harvest the grapes before sunrise, at the “Prima Luce”, to preserve the freshness of the grapes.
Tasting
Nice nose of white flowers and spices. On the palate, grapefruit and tangy lemon flavors lead the way. The material is fine and the wine is perfectly balanced by its acidity and its vivacity. It is a light wine, greedy, easy to marry, to be tasted with seafood and fish or with a goat cheese or a creamy Saint Félicien.
