Prima Luce is made with Gros Manseng, a typical Gascony grape variety. For this vintage, we harvest the grapes before sunrise, at the “Prima Luce”, to preserve the freshness of the grapes.
It is a pressed rosé, made mostly from Merlot and Malbec grapes. The mouth is nervous and fresh, with a perfect neatness. Plaisir d’Eté should be drunk chilled between 8 and 10° and should be enjoyed within a year of the vintage.
Our honey comes from several horizons: in spring, the plum trees of our orchard, the black bush, the laurel, the dandelion and the hawthorn, at the end of the summer comes the turn of the acacia, the chestnut tree, the lime tree, the white clover…
